Sale of valuable freehold building land, situated Goldthorpe,
in the township of Bolton on Dearne

to be sold by auction by

Mrs Hanson and son on Tuesday, 19 February 1907, at 6:30 p.m. precisely, at the Horse and Groom hotel, Goldthorpe, subject to the General Conditions of Sale of the Sheffield District Inc Law Society, and to certain Special Conditions  to be produced at the sale.

Two plots of Building Lands (containing respectively 823 yards and 620 yards) adjoining Lockwood Lane, Goldthorpe, bounded on the North by property of Mr Thomas Kilwell and on the south by property of Mr Charles Hough.

The land is near the Hickleton Main Colliery, and within easy distance of Hickleton Station (Hull and Barnsley Railway)

The plots will first be offered in one lot, and if not sold together will be offered separately.

Minerals below a depth of 8 yards are reserved with usual powers of working.
