Pardon Asked

Whereas I Mattias Ottley, of Bolton upon Dearne, due acknowledge myself guilty of charging Daniel Roobottom, of Stair-foot with feloniously taking from me £5 10 shillings in cash, which was false; and on my asking this public pardon for the above false charge, and paying expenses, he has pardoned me.
