Dearne Surveyor Honoured

Mr. W. Adams, “Whitecot,” Highgate Lane Bolton, surveyor and architect to Dearne Urban Council, has been honoured by appointment as a representative of the Urban District Councils Association to give evidence before the Government’s Special    Committee on House Building Costs.

Mr Adams  has been architect to the Dearne authority authority since its inception in 1937 and previously held a similar position with the old Bolton Urban Council.
