At the house of Mr William Loxley, Innholder at Darfield Bridge, near Barnsley, on Tuesday next, 9 May, between the hours of two and five o’clock in the afternoon, according to such conditions as shall be then and there produced, (if not disposed of in the meantime by private contract, which notice will be given in this Paper)

A Messuage with the Fold-stead, outbuildings, Orchard, and others the appurtenances thereon belonging, and about 40 acres of rich enclosed Land, situate at Bolton upon Dearne, in the West Riding of the County of York, now in the occupation of John Humplebee.

N.B. Bolton is nearly in the Centre of the several market towns of Doncaster, Rotherham and Barnsley aforesaid
