Anita Branford, 10, Farcroft, Bolton-on-Dearne, winner of the “Beauty on the Beach” contest on Tuesday week while on holiday at Torquay, received a hairdryer dand also an expensive shampoo from representatives of the “Woman’s Sunda Mirror.”

The winner’s sash was presented by mannequins who were also on parade.
