Mr A E Hammonds and Miss Miriam Heeley after their wedding at Bolton Parish Church last Thursday.

The bridegroom is a member of Wath Auxiliary Fire Service, and colleagues formed a guard of honour at the church.

The bride, formerly a member of the teaching staff of Bolton on Dearne Junior girls school, is second daughter of Councillor and Mrs F Healy, 111, is The Present, Bolton on Dearne.
