Home People Residents Vice Chairman

Vice Chairman

July 1932

Mexborough and Swinton Times, July 15th, 1932

Some time ago Mr. Harry Charlesworth, of Poplars Farm, resigned the presidency of the Barnsley branch of the National Farmers’ Union because he could not afford the time to do justice to the office.

But relaxation is not consistent with his energetic disposition and he is now back again in office, this time as vice-chairman of the new Agricultural Party for the County of York.

The county chairman of this organisation is Mr. Percy Ford, of Pocklington.
