Thomas Harrison, described as a gentleman, of Balby, was charged with having a dog unmuzzled.

Fined 20s., including costs.

John Cook, carter, Bolton, was charged with a similar offence

P c. Brown proved the case.

George Hunter, labourer, Mexborough, was being in charge of an unmuzzled dog at Mexborough.

The defendant denied that the dog was his.

Fined 20s., including costs.

Defendant : I should pay nothing.
