The Last End

The markers measuring the last end in the Hague Bowls Club final between Bolton and Wath at Rosehill on Monday.

The players are: E. Hunter (Bolton) and E. Simmons (Wath) and the Bolton man won 21-14.

When the last four players, Hunter and A. Aspinall of Bolton and Simmons and W. Hardy of Wath, went on the green, Bolton led by 18 points, but a brilliant 21-8 win by Hardy gave Wath a two-points victory.
