An Orchard Robbery case at Goldthorpe.
Saturday, at the Doncaster West Riding Court, James Hayes, pit lad, Bolton-on-Dearne, was charged with stealing from an orchard at Goldthorpe on the 18th August.
Prosecutor, Henry Roberts, complained that he had sustained a great amount of damage, and the defendant was ordered to pay 16s. 6d. costs.
