New Open-Cast Sites 

It Is understood that the Ministry of Fuel has earmarked two sites  in the Dearne Urban area, estimated at 300 acres, for possible open cast working.

One site lies the same side of Doncaster Road, Highgate, as the present  open-casting, and the other  between Bolton and Barnborough
