Husband and Wife at Bolton-on-Dearne

Wm. H. Cotes, colliery deputy, Bolton, was summoned for an alleged assault upon his wife, Elizabeth Ann Cutts, at Bolton-on-Dearne on June 3rd. Mr. Baddiley appeared for the complainant, and Mr. C. W. Hall for the defendant.

Mr. Baddiley said the present case was between man and wife, and upon mature judgment the complainant desired to withdraw the summons. Mr. Hall acquiesced and the proceedings ended.
